Welcome to Art-Elements.com (the “Site”), owned and operated by Suzi Kelly / Art Elements (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our Site, products, or services, you (“you,” “your,” “user,” or “customer”) agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you should not use this Site.

1. Use of the Site

• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use this Site.

• You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

• You may not copy, distribute, or exploit any content, artwork, or designs from this Site without written permission from Art Elements.

2. Products & Services

• Custom Work: All custom glass art, ornaments, logo designs, or branding projects are created based on your input and our artistic expertise. We reserve the right to refuse projects that are offensive, discriminatory, or infringe on intellectual property.

• Artistic Variations: Each glass piece or design is handmade and unique. Slight variations in color, texture, or finish are normal and part of the creative process.

• Turnaround Time: Estimated completion dates are provided during ordering. Delays may occur due to material availability or creative requirements.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted.

• Payment must be made in full (or as otherwise agreed in writing) before production begins.

• We reserve the right to change prices at any time but will honor agreed-upon pricing for confirmed orders.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We currently ship within [list regions/countries]. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

• Once a product leaves our studio, we are not responsible for shipping delays or damages caused by carriers.

• If your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will work with you on a resolution.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Custom Work: Because custom art and personalized items are made uniquely for you, they are non-refundable and non-returnable.

• Non-Custom Work: Returns for non-custom products may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and returned at your expense.

• Refunds (if approved) will be issued to your original payment method.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, artwork, images, logos, text, and designs on this Site are the property of Art Elements unless otherwise noted.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written consent.

• For custom design projects, Suzi Kelly retains the right to display work in her portfolio, website, and social media, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Art Elements is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services.

• We are not responsible for misuse of glass art (e.g., breakage, injury, or damage caused by improper handling).

8. Privacy

Your privacy matters. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Continued use of our Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
